Q What needs to be included on my prescription?
A If an "Rx Required" CPAP mask is the only item in your order, your prescription only needs to say : "CPAP Supplies" or "CPAP equipment". If you are purchasing other "Rx Required" products in your order, there may be other prescription requirements.
Q Is headgear provided with this product?
A No, this product does not require the use of headgear.
Q Will the DreamPort work with my existing CPAP machine?
A Yes, the DreamPort will work with all CPAP machines besides the AirMini (the AirMini is only compatible with three specific masks).
Q Do the DreamPorts go inside the nose?
A No, they meet at your nostril opening but do not enter your nostrils like other nasal pillows.
Q How often should I replace the DreamWay User Interface (the mask)?
A The DreamWay User Interface should be cleaned and dried after every use and is typically replaced every 90 days. The DreamPort adhesives should last you 16 days (you don't reuse them) and can be purchased here.
