How do I redeem my SoClean 2 $50 manufacturer rebate?

After purchasing a SoClean 2 from ApriaDirect, you can redeem your $50 manufacturer rebate by mail. Rebate is independently offered and provided by the product manufacturer and not Apria Healthcare LLC or its divisions or affiliates, including ApriaDirect.

To redeem your rebate by mail:

1. Download and print the SoClean Mail-In Rebate Form
2. Fill out and enclose the completed mail-in rebate form.
3. Enclose your dated proof of purchase in the form of an order confirmation, receipt, or invoice for your SoClean 2.
4. Mail all items in a single envelope to:

SoClean Rebate Program Terms and Conditions

Offer valid for purchases of SoClean 2 product dated 12/1/2020 to 12/31/2020 for a purchase price of $278 or more. Rebate request must be postmarked by 1/30/2021. Offer good in U.S.A only. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. For rebate questions, contact SoClean Inc at 866-501-3705. Rebate provided in the form of a check from SoClean Inc. Customer must be at least 18 years of age to submit. Rebate offer may be excluded from combination with other SoClean 2 promotions. If customer returns SoClean 2 for refund of purchase price, rebate will not be honored. If rebate is paid prior to SoClean 2 product return for refund, SoClean Inc reserves the right to reduce the product refund amount by the amount of the rebate paid. Checks expire 6 months from issue date. Fraudulent submission of multiple requests could result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes (18 USD, Section 1341 and 1342).
