Q How long does each charge last for? 
A One charge of the VirtuClean machine should last 7 cleaning cycles.

Q Is there a free trial on this item?
A No, but the SoClean does have a free trial if you are interested in checking that product out HERE.

Q What is the difference between the VirtuClean Standard Kit and the VirtuClean Premium Kit? 
A The VirtuClean Premium Kit includes a Heated Tube Connector, 6-foot premium CPAP tubing, and an extended 36 month warranty, in addition to the VirtuClean machine itself.

Q How long does the VirtuClean take to clean equipment?
A The VirtuClean takes approximately 30 minutes to clean equipment.

Q How long is the warranty on this item? 
A The VirtuClean comes with an 18 month warranty, however, one of the benefits of the VirtuClean Premium Kit (if you previously purchased it) is that it comes with an extended 36 month warranty.

Q Is the VirtuClean a portable CPAP cleaner?
A Yes, the VirtuClean is portable so you can clean your CPAP while on the go. It only weighs half a pound, making transporting it a breeze. You just need an outlet to plug it into and you're good to go!

Q Do I put my equipment into the VirtuClean?
A Unlike the SoClean, you do not put your equipment into the cleaner itself, but rather you connect your PAP tubing to the machine to clean with ozone.

Q Does the VirtuClean require any adapters?
A Unlike it's competitors, the VirtuClean does NOT require any adapters.
