Q Is this machine intended to be a travel or at home machine?
A This machine is powerful enough to work for your daily needs as an at home machine, but is also small enough to work as a travel machine.
Q Is there a humidification option?
A Yes, there is built-in humidification. However you MUST use only distilled water with the humidifier. Failure to do so will void the warranty on your device and will damage the humidifier. If you believe you may find yourself without access to distilled water, check out the portable water filter kit for this machine here.
Q Is this machine compatible with the Qtube?
A Yes, this machine will work with the Qtube.
Q Is this machine FAA approved for in-flight usage?
A Yes, it is with the P10 battery.
Q What are the pressure increments of the Transcend 365? Why is this important?
A The Transcend 365 has pressure increments of 0.1. This means that your prescription will work with all pressure increments that go to one after the decimal place between 4 and 20 cm. All other CPAP machines except for the Transcend 365 and the Transcend 3 are either in 0.2 or 0.5 pressure increments, which allows for less pressure increment options.
Q Can I use this machine with the SoClean?
A It is not recommended that you use this machine with the SoClean. However, you can still clean your PAP accessories with the Sleep8, VirtuClean, or Lumin, etc.
