FAQ's
Q What's the difference between the Medistrom Pilot-12 Lite and the Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite?
A The Medistrom Pilot-12 Lite is compatible with 12V PAP devices, which are specified on it's product page. On the other hand, the Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite is compatible with 24V PAP devices. This means that you can't choose between the two but rather have to pick the battery that matches your machine's voltage.
Q Do I have to use one of the adapters?
A If your machine has an adapter option available for purchase, it is mandatory.
