FAQ's
Q: What's the difference between the Medistrom Pilot-12 Lite and the Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite?
A: The Medistrom Pilot-12 Lite is compatible with 12V PAP devices, which are specified on it's product page. On the other hand, the Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite is compatible with 24V PAP devices. This means that you can't choose between the two but rather have to pick the battery that matches your machine's voltage.
Q: What's the difference between the Medistrom Pilot-12 and Pilot-24 Lite to the Pilot Flex?
A: The Pilot Flex is compatible with all CPAP and BiPAP machines when used with the appropriate cable kit. In contrast, the Pilot-12 and Pilot-24 are designed for specific machines and are not universally compatible. Please refer to the compatibility guide to ensure proper selection.
Q: Do I have to use one of the adapters?
A: If your machine has an adapter option available for purchase, it is mandatory.
Q: Are the batteries FAA/TSA compliant?
A: Yes. All three of the batteries are FAA and TSA compliant. A travel letter has been made available from Medistrom above.
