This is the support page for the AirFit N20 and AirFit N20 for Her Nasal CPAP Mask by ResMed. This page is intended to help you with all of your post-purchase needs. Simply click on the links below to be taken directly to the section within the page.
Q What needs to be included on my prescription?
A If an "Rx Required" CPAP mask is the only item in your order, your prescription would only need to state for "CPAP Supplies" or "CPAP equipment". If you are purchasing other "Rx Required" products, there may be other prescription requirements that will be listed in FAQ tab of the product page.
Q Is headgear required for this item?
A Yes, headgear is required for this item. However, if your mask frame and cushion have worn out but your headgear is still functioning properly, you can purchase the standard assembly kit HERE and for HER assembly kit HERE.
Q Does this mask work with all CPAP machines?
A Yes, the mask works with all CPAP machines. It is one of only three masks to work with the AirMini as well.
Q Do I have to buy a set up pack to use this with the AirMini?
A Yes, a set-up pack is required to use this with the AirMini.
Q Do I have to buy this mask if I am a female?
A No, you are able to buy the standard AirFit N20 Mask as a female, and can even buy the AirFit N20 for Her Nasal CPAP Mask if you are a male. The "for Her" just indicates smaller sizing (comparable to the small size of the standard AirFit N20 Nasal CPAP Mask), a pink color, and a more feminine fit. To purchase the AirFit N20 Nasal CPAP Mask, click HERE.
Q Are there other sizing options for this mask?
A No, this size (comparable to a size small) is the only one available for the AirFit N20 for Her. For a larger size, check out the AirFit N20 Nasal CPAP Mask HERE.

Haircare Tips
In order to avoid hygienic issues or improper mask usage, regular replacement is essential. Nasal mask cushions are constantly in close contact with your face, and its position on your nose can make you more prone to a nasty nasal infection if you do not replace frequently. Therefore, you should replace your AirFit N20 Nasal CPAP Mask Nasal Cushion, which can be purchased HERE, every two weeks.
CPAP mask tubing is susceptible to developing small holes or tears which may not even be visible to the naked eye. These can cause air leaks, and if your tube is leaking, you may not be receiving your prescribed therapy setting from your CPAP. This may cause you to feel as if your sleep therapy is not working as intended, even though it is. Therefore, you should replace your tubing (Check out some tubing offered by ApriaDirect HERE) once every three months.
Your frame system is in close proximity to your face, and therefore needs to be replaced relatively frequently. However, it is not directly touching your face, which is why it doesn't need to be replaced quite so often. We do not sell the AirFit N20 Nasal CPAP Mask Frame, but instead sell the AirFit N20 CPAP Mask standard Assembly Kit and assembly kit for HER, which includes absolutely everything you need besides the headgear, and can be purchased HERE and HERE. The AirFit N20 Nasal CPAP Mask Assembly Kit should be replaced once every three months.
Over time, your CPAP headgear and chin straps may become stretched and lose their elasticity, leading to over-tightening and discomfort. They can also trap bacteria from sweat and moisture. Therefore, your AirFit N20 Nasal CPAP Mask Standard and for HER Headgear should be replaced every six months. To purchase, please click HERE and HERE.
A setup pack is needed to use this mask with the AirMini Device. This setup pack can be purchased with the AirMini, but if your setup pack needs to be replaced, it can be purchased HERE. Setup packs should be replaced once every six months.
