Q Does this mask work with all CPAP machines?
A Yes, this mask works with all CPAP machines. In fact, it even works with the AirMini, a Travel CPAP that only works with three masks.
Q If I use this mask with the AirMini, am I required to buy the set up pack?
A Yes, to use this mask with the AirMini you must purchase the set up pack, which is required when you make your AirMini purchase.
Q Does the AirFit F20 come with or need the HumidX or HumidX plus waterless humidifiers?
A Unlike the AirFit N20 and the AirFit P10 neither the AirFit F20 Mask nor the AirFit F20 set up pack come with these humidifiers. They are not compatible.
Q Can I wear glasses with this mask?
A Yes, you can wear glasses with this mask.
Q What needs to be included on my prescription?
A If an "Rx Required" CPAP mask is the only item in your order, your prescription would only need to state for "CPAP Supplies" or "CPAP equipment". If you are purchasing other "Rx Required" products, there may be other prescription requirements that will be listed in FAQ tab of the product page.
Q Is headgear required for this item?
A Yes, headgear is required for this item. However, if your mask frame and cushion have worn out but your headgear is still functioning properly, you can purchase the assembly kit HERE.
Q What is the difference between this and the AirTouch F20 Full Face Mask?
A This only differs from the AirFit F20 Full Face Mask in the cushion. The AirTouch F20 has a special memory foam cushion.

Full face mask cushions cover much of your face and may deteriorate over time through regular wear and tear, putting you at risk for hygienic issues and improper mask usage. Therefore, you should replace your AirFit F20 Full Face CPAP Mask Cushion or AirTouch F20 Full Face CPAP Mask Cushion (feel free to use either, there is a video on how to switch out your standard AirFit F20 cushion for the comfier AirTouch F20 one above) every month.
CPAP mask tubing is susceptible to developing small holes or tears which may not even be visible to the naked eye. These can cause air leaks, and if your tube is leaking, you may not be receiving your prescribed therapy setting from your CPAP. This may cause you to feel as if your sleep therapy is not working as intended, even though it is. Therefore, you should replace your tubing (Check out some tubing offered by ApriaDirect HERE) once every three months.
Your frame system is in close proximity to your face, and therefore needs to be replaced relatively frequently. However, it is not directly touching your face, which is why it doesn't need to be replaced quite so often. We do not sell the AirFit F20 Frame, but instead sell the AirTouch F20 Assembly Kit and the AirTouch F20 for Her Assembly Kit , which includes an AirTouch F20 cushion and an AirFit F20 Frame in the size of your choice. The AirTouch F20 Assembly Kit should be replaced once every three months.
Over time, your CPAP headgear and chin straps may become stretched and lose their elasticity, leading to over-tightening and discomfort. They can also trap bacteria from sweat and moisture. Therefore, your AirFit F20 Full Face CPAP Mask Headgear and AirFit F20 Full Face CPAP Mask Headgear for Her should be replaced every six months.
A setup pack is needed to use this mask with the AirMini Device. This setup pack can be purchased with the AirMini, but if your setup pack needs to be replaced, it can be purchased HERE. Setup packs should be replaced once every six months.
