This is the support page for the AirFit P10 and AirFit P10 for Her Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask by ResMed. This page is intended to help you with all of your post-purchase needs. Simply click on the links below to be taken directly to the section within the page.
Q What needs to be included on my prescription?
A If an "Rx Required" CPAP mask is the only item in your order, your prescription would only need to state for "CPAP Supplies" or "CPAP equipment". If you are purchasing other "Rx Required" products, there may be other prescription requirements that will be listed in FAQ tab of the product page.
Q Is headgear required for this item?
A Yes, headgear is required for this item. However, if your mask frame and cushion have worn out but your headgear is still functioning properly, you can purchase the assembly kit HERE.
Q Why don't I need to choose a size?
A The AirFit P10 mask comes with small, medium, and large nasal pillows so you can try all three to find the best fit for you. The AirFit P10 for Her mask comes with extra-small, small, and medium nasal pillows. However, when purchasing replacement nasal pillows you must specify your size.
Q Can this mask be used with the AirMini?
A No, only the mask purchased with the set-up kit works with the AirMini. However, the AirFit P10 Nasal Pillow Mask is compatible with all other CPAP devices sold by ApriaDirect.
Q Can I use the "for Her" mask if I am a male and vice versa?
A Yes, either gender can use either mask. The "for Her" indicates a more feminine fit and pink color. You would only need to use the "for Her" mask if you were a size extra-small, as the standard P10 mask doesn't come with that cushion size, and you'd need to use the standard mask if you were a size large, as the "P10 for Her" mask doesn't come with a large cushion.
Q How do I know which size is right for me?
A Click HERE for further instructions on finding the right size for you.

Tips
Nasal pillows rest directly inside your nose all night long. This means that dirty nasal pillows can cause a nasty infection. In order to avoid hygienic issues and improper mask usage, you should replace your AirFit P10 Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask Nasal Pillows, which can be purchased HERE, every two weeks.
CPAP mask tubing is susceptible to developing small holes or tears which may not even be visible to the naked eye. These can cause air leaks, and if your tube is leaking, you may not be receiving your prescribed therapy setting from your CPAP. This may cause you to feel as if your sleep therapy is not working as intended, even though it is. Therefore, you should replace your tubing (Check out some tubing offered by ApriaDirect HERE) once every three months.
Your frame system is in close proximity to your face, and therefore needs to be replaced relatively frequently. However, it is not directly touching your face, which is why it doesn't need to be replaced quite so often. We do not sell the AirFit P10 Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask Frame, but instead sell the AirFit P10 Assembly Kit, which includes absolutely everything you need besides the headgear, and can be purchased HERE. The assembly kit works with both the AirFit P10 and the AirFit P10 for Her. The AirFit P10 Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask Assembly Kit should be replaced once every three months.
Over time, your CPAP headgear and chin straps may become stretched and lose their elasticity, leading to over-tightening and discomfort. They can also trap bacteria from sweat and moisture. Therefore, your AirFit P10 for Her or AirFit P10 Headgear should be replaced every six months.
