How quickly are orders processed?

Non prescription required orders placed before 1:00 PM PST will likely be processed the same day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will likely be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you can expect to receive it within 3-5 business days.

Some orders require a prescription, like CPAP machines. By law, these orders can't be processed and shipped until a valid prescription is provided and verified by ApriaDirect (for example, we're waiting for you to email your Rx slip).

Please allow extra time for us to ship out Rx orders. Every effort will be made to ship at the soonest possible time. Once your order ships, you can expect to receive it within 3-5 business days.
